Hey guys. Steered to the forum from the team at Gear Maniac. Glad to find an Aussie community finally

Need some advise lads. I’ve come off my first ever cycle of Test E (200mg) 1 jab per week. My last jab was 4 weeks ago. I didn’t take a PCT cause I was told the dose was too low (im not sure that was true now from what I’ve read). I’m keen to jump onto my 2nd cycle but unsure on what PCT to take, or how much. I’m looking at taking Test C and Anavar (low dose) next as well. Any suggestions?

I didn’t use any PCT for first few cycles ( similar dose to yours )
Everyone is different and not sure of your personal situation but Anavar and test is a great safe combination. Post recovery should be ok if you keep test under 200mg and cycle short (3 months or less)

I do agree with @doc but generally speaking, if you're not on TRT it's always recommended to do PCT. It's your call as you know your body best.

Anavar is great but don't go over 6 weeks.

I’m thinking of running 250mg per week of Test C coupled with 5mg per day of anavar for 2 weeks then ramp to 10mg per day for 4 weeks. I’m keen on running PCT because I just want to be safe rather than sorry. What would you guys advise I take and what dose?

I’m looking as similar cycle, although strictly not PTC I might try Proviron ( swap for Anavar after 2 months) This was prescribed many years ago and worked well as only PC with low dose cycles. I haven’t seen many people utilising it and I’d like to know more if anyone has suggestions. Otherwise you need a few compounds that maybe helpful but you’re only guessing without blood work and personal experience of a few cycles. I like to live clean Post cycle and reduce all meds which gets harder with age

YOU REALLY ONLY NEED CLOMID FOR A SMALL CYCLE LIKE THAT
BUT I WOULD NORMALLY RUN CLOMID WITH HCG EVERY OTHER DAY.
