First time using Clen... additional supplements?

Hi guys,

Just in the process of grabbing my first pack of clen from Gearmaniac and was just wondering if anybody could recommend any other additional supplements to take to counter the sides?

From my understanding, taurine (3-5g), magnesium(3g+?) and potassium aswell as plenty of water is what's most important, but is there anything else i should consider?

Also, is 2 weeks on 2 weeks off optimal? Is there any problem downing my full dose in 1 sitting or should i space it out to prevent sides?

Also actually wanted to ask, would I need to reduce my preworkout and overall caffeine consumption on this stuff? I typically ingest 400mg caffeine a day

I won't be doing crazy high doses of this stuff, will most likely taper up and stick to a maximum of 60-80mcg.

You've pretty much got it sorted, along with drinking plenty of water (3-4L per day), adding taurine (3-5g), magnesium (400mg), and potassium (500mg) will help counteract issues like cramping. On top of that, consider adding CoQ10, BCAAs, Hawthorn Berry and Fish Oil.

It's best to split your Clen dose rather than taking it all at once to reduce jitteriness and side effects. You should dial back your caffeine intake. 400mg combined with Clen can easily lead to overstimulation. The two week on, two week off cycle is spot on since your body builds tolerance quickly. Start at 40mcg daily in the first week, increase by 20mcg each day for the following week and cap it at around 120mcg (or lower) based on how well you handle the sides.
