Female experiences - advice?

I've been on this site for a couple of weeks now and I've gained so much knowledge in that short amount of time! I had lost quite a bit of weight and wanted more fast... I realised that wasn't the way this works :) After changing up my diet and workout I'm seeing different results with my body so my plan now is to max myself out then add extra help later on. When that time comes, I've got my mind set on Var to start off with. I would like the know female experiences with Var and if you would recommend something else?

My wife has done a cycle of anavar and looking at doing another one soon. She's started at 5mg then wotked her way up to 10mg per day. Cycle was 10 weeks. She experienced an increase in strength and a reduction in body fat. Her sides were very mild, in fact, the only thing I ever heard her complain about was a slight increase in water retention.

Sounds like you got some amazing results! Hard work always pays off.

Var is fantastic, HOWEVER, some women may mistakenly believe (not aimed at you, just in general) that taking Var will act as a magic fat loss pill... it won't. You can't simply take it and expect the fat to vanish without putting in serious effort at the gym and following a good diet plan. I never want to give the wrong impression to anyone by suggesting that taking Var for a few weeks without proper diet and exercise will miraculously solve weight issues, especially if they don't already have a solid workout routine in place.

I post this on another thread but here's a little plan for you to consider:

4-week cycle: 6-8 weeks off
6-week cycle: 8-10 weeks off
8-week cycle: 10-12 weeks off

I'm assuming it's your first cycle so I would start with 5mg then work your way up to 10mg (over time) depending on how you feel. Also, get regular blood work. Before you start and 6 - 8 weeks after your cycle.

🥰

I’ve been in your shoes, so I thought I’d share my experience. I've worked out for most my life and have always been very lean. Earlier this year I decided to give anavar a try. I started with 5mg daily for the first week to see how it would affect me, then I upped the dose to 10mg daily for four weeks. Initially the changes were subtle. I felt a bit stronger and noticed slight improvements in muscle tone after a couple of weeks, but the real changes took a bit more time.

Around the third week I noticed some mild side effects. I got a bit of acne, which wasn’t too bad but required some extra attention to my skincare routine. No changes in my voice. Just note that during all this I dialled my diet in even more and increased my training intensity.

My libido did go up and there was definitely increased sensitivity with my clit 🫣

I then ran another cycle in June for 8 weeks at 10mg daily. The longer duration and consistent dose this time made a more noticeable difference. My muscle definition improved a lot more, and I felt significantly stronger.

My advice, anavar can be a great starting point if you're looking for controlled and steady muscle gains.
