Dbol dosage

Hey guys, I've been looking into dbol and dosages.

With such a short half-life and cycle, what's the recommended dose and timing each day? I plan on using dbol as a kick starter for my upcoming EQ/test blast.

What's everyones thoughts on the water retention that comes with dbol? Is it that bad... I've never taken it.

It's pretty bad if you don't control your e2 levels, it's known to be one of the compounds that skyrocket it the most.
What do you recommend for managing the e2 levels? Any specific AI'sthat work best or strategies to minimise the water retention?

@Skays I would say Anastrozole and keep an eye on your sodium intake and drink plenty of water.

The water retention tends to decrease quite rapidly after you stop. Your body reduces its conversion to estrogen and the bloating begins to diminish. You'll see the puffiness vanish within a few days to a week.
 
+1 ^. Always start with a minimal effective dose and increase if e2 is still out of range of bloating is severe. Usually start off with 0.5mg twice a week and go from there.

1 hour before workout works for me. I split it 25mg in morning and 25mg preworkout... 50mg is my sweet spot
 
A lot of positives in splitting the dose. Mainly helps maintain stable blood levels, helps maximise the effects (especially pre-workout) and reduce sides.

Anastrazole from 0.5mg twice a week to dosing every day. Generally, the higher your BF the more active the Aromatase enzyme is/the more you have.

But tamoxifen is also useful…as it doesn’t affect your cholesterol levels negatively like all AI’s do - I have seen quite drastic changes on lipid blood panels.

Seems to be the way to go -if you want E2 and water retention . Good if you crash E2 or want some pre training boost but I can’t see any long term benefits to this old compound

Hey brother personally I would do 30mg before my workouts and 20mg around 8 hours later.
Hit up NEXUSPHARMA I've been using them for a few years now.
