Hi Everyone,

My name is Alexi, I'm 46 year old and I decided to make change in my life. I recently got a personal trainer for 2 days a week to teach me how to train properly. My body is very embarrassing and I really want to change things. I have always been 'skinny fat'. I don't have weight training experience but now starting to learn things. I been training now for 5 months. I did a blood test and these were my results.

Testosterone Total: 8.0 LOW (Reference Range: 348-1197 ng/dL)
Free Testosterone: 1.0 LOW (Reference Range: 9.3-26.5 pg/mL)
LH (Luteinizing Hormone): 0.3 LOW (Reference Range: 1.7-8.6 mIU/mL)
FSH (Follicle Stimulating Hormone): 4.9 (Normal Range: 1.5-12.4 mIU/mL)
Estradiol: <5.1 LOW (Reference Range: 7.6-42.6 pg/mL)

Lipids are all in normal range.

You guys have lot of experience with this and wanted your opinion on how I would start to boost my testosterone and slowly change my body with proper food and exercise. Any tips you can give me would be very grateful. I do understand that steroids is not magic but I just need some extra help.

Thank you 🙏

These are my current photos. I know my body looks terrible but I want to change it.

Hi Alexi,

"steroids is not magic" but I am sure you will get a very nice set a picture before / After in few months time . Are you still planning to have kids ? I noticed your LH is low. In my personal experience, I had sleep apnea and acquired a CPAP machine that I love so much, which somehow resolved that issue (the LH, not the overall testosterone). you may need a full hormonal panel including SHBG, prolactin, TSH, and possibly a repeat estradiol test to confirm low estrogen.

You could reach out to @gearmaniac101 on Telegram to order some Sustanon 250 this week, as they will be taking a break from December 17th to January 13th. I suggest injecting 1ml per week; for me, it has been fairly painless in the belly fat area. I used CoinSpot for the Bitcoin payment.

Hey Alexi welcome to the page.

Great first step on getting a PT.
Now to your levels, they are not great but not uncommon for someone your age. Pretty much a candidate for TRT right off the bat.
BUT if your interested you could look at a few things first before sticking a needle in.
1 get a pt (you have)
2. Focus on diet and consistency of training for 6 months plus.
3. Diet. Make sure your food is great quality food.
4. Sleep. Rest and recovery is a huge part of natural testosterone

Once you have all these 4 down pay then get your bloods done again.

If you're still low ( you probably will be) then you can look at TRT (Testosterone replacement) this is usually 100-150mg a week of Test E 250 (the 250 stands for streght of the compound)

But yes TRT is more than likely going to be your answer here.

Fred, I know you mean well and I don't mean to come across harsh if I do.
But please don't recommend TRT dosages at 250mg a week. This is a cycle and can open up all types of danger for people of his age (and yours) without the right protocol, care, and bloods. TRT is normally 100-150mg a week. You then get bloods done to see the levels 6-8 weeks in and then adjust as needed.

First step - done be embarrassed shit happens in life it's what you make of it brother.

Step two- look in your diet - calories and macros focus on that protein from whole foods

Step three - lock in your training whatever try of training works for you if that is gym or group classes.

Step four - keep moving get them steps in 10k per day

Get these steps constant week on week
The either see a men's health clinic ( trt clinic if you want dr monitoring your ) or reach out to gearmanic and order a test C start on a TRT does of around 150mg per week ( 2 or 3 injection per week to keep levels from spiking )

Do you bloods in 12 weeks and check on your progress

Remember testosterone injection and anabolic are only going to multiple your lifestyle so if you still eat smoke and drink piss living like shit they will make your life worse. If your are clean and work hard they will make it so much better

You are absolutely right I should have been more cautious. .

I haven't had much luck with the two endocrinologists I've seen in the past. However, my MD is open to testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) as long as it's not being reimbursed. I've noticed that many specialists have complicated processes to get TRT approved and partially reimbursed. I found that purchasing it from the pharmacy is quite affordable; it only cost me $95. If your endocrinologist is hesitant to prescribe it, consider suggesting that you pay for it yourself instead of having them go through the government process. They might be less reluctant to provide a prescription.

Have you checked your bone density? I discovered my very low testosterone after a ridiculous fracture. The surgeon told me my bones were breaking like those of an 80-year-old when he inserted rods.
I had a dexa scan with bone density check 5 or so months after starting trt

They are low but not dangerous at moment.

Will do another dexa in 6 to 12 months and see if any improvements.
