Best time to take Nolva

Quick one guys, do you normally take Nolva on the earliest signs of a bump on your nipple? I’m running Test/Tren/Mast. Currently mid cycle. Just noticed a bump on my left nipple, it’s small but I know from previous cycles it will get bigger.

Start Nolva now @ 20mg/day is the usual dose. But if the gyno’s from Tren, Nolva alone might not cut it. You’ll probably need something for prolactin like Caber or Prami. If you can’t get Caber and the lump is still small and fresh, you’ve still got a good shot at reversing it.
