Auspost lost package

(Not going to mention anything to do with source as this was in no way their fault, the communication and speed of shipping was top knotch on their end, tracking number and everything was good to go.)

They finally admitted it after giving me the run around for almost 2 months, asked for reimbersment, they want reciepts, told them it was an "over the phone order" and that "reciept" would have been in the package, still no dice, asked what minimum compensation is without a reciept and they stand firm on wanting something ...

Fvck these cvnts. They have the audacity to lose my shit and literally take no repsonsibility with compensating me in anyway, no matter what the value is of something sent through them it obviously wasnt worth zero.

Where do i go from here? This isnt exactly amazon...
Should i photo shop something? Or ask the source to doctor one up?

Wasnt a huge order by any means but its about the principle at this point.

Anyone else have experience with this and know what to do?

Nothing you can do. Because here is the issue.
If they find it they can open up the package after you have made a claim. Do you really want them looking into what you bought then handing it over to the cops which they have to do?
