Anyone been charged with possession?

I'm considering using UGL gear due to costs with TRT, even if I use it to just prolong appointments by telling them I'm reducing my dose.

But worried about the risk, I've read in NSW it could just be a $2200 charge but it could also be imprisonment. Just wondering if this actually happens in practice. Good news NSW laws seem a lot more lenient than some of the other states!
 
Like every crime, it depends on a few things

Past history.
how much gear do you get caught with
What cop catches you
How much money do you have to defend yourself?

Many have been given a small fine many go to jail but say you have a few vials and its clear that its for personal use you can look at the lower end

Do you have any additional behaviour showing intent to distribute?

Unlike party favor which are used in public i think your pretty safe with a bit of testosterone as you don't really carry it around daily
 
So guessing it'd be most likely a fine, currently prescribed and could show scripts, personal use only. No priors, would only order a vial a time, wouldn't take it out the house. I was more worried about getting caught through the post or if the UGL gets caught.

have seen in the past if caught in the post you get a letter. If importing which would be stupid to do

Localised because of the way its transported it is rare that it gets picked up.

They are after the dealer not you

If you get it through a sponsor it’s reasonable safe

Would be interested what other people do regarding
Do you use a vpn ,

Do you get delivery to own home or P.O. Box

Do you use your name , or something else

Do you make conversation delete on telegram after a week or something, even though they probably wrote down your address etc

Any other security tips when ordering

No VPN, get it delivered to home address under my personal name, Telegram is encrypted anyway. Perhaps I’m a little loose but the cops have bigger fish to fry then us Simple lifters

I did exactly the same thing on my order

Just interested in what other people do , have read about people using vpn , but I don’t see the point

Yeah that would have been the go straight to the top ay! And yeah all too easy nowadays but still gotta play it smart
 
Realistic Personal supply is pretty safe unless you’re up to something else and being watched. 1 small random delivery would probably earn you a warning letter Or “please explain “. If you’re concerned about an unwanted visitor leave package unopened for a few days with RTS written on it

I guess if you to worried a fake name would be better in that situation, male man delivers to the address, not the name

Hmm thinking about it, the problem here is if the parcel ends up getting carded you couldn't prove ID for Post Office collection.

Not sure what carded is , but I assume it doesn’t get delivered and you need to pick it up at post office
But you could possibly get it addressed to the home owner at your address, get mail like that all the time, I don’t imagine a small package being different,
And the end of the day they looking for the supplier not the user

Just searched it
You can send a package addressed to homeowner/ occupant and still have it tracked, the tracking is giving to you by the sender so that can’t be traced to you as it would be a message on telegram from the sender/ supplier.
I guess you could ask a sponsor if they do or have done that , no harm in just asking, might be first to do it or 100th
