Monday 16/11/2024

Today hit a short yet intense workout this morning as I woke up a bit late so smashed arms and shoulders - half of my usual upper body day - so I’ll be continuing with chest and back tomorrow.

Felt great after taking the weekend off so body was fresh and ready to go. Arms and shoulders are definitely my biggest strong points right now so always love training them on Mondays so they’re blown up the rest of the week.

Also introduced 10mg cialis pre workout for the first time to see how it would go but to be honest even that felt like too much. If anything the pump down stairs was bigger than the pump up stairs lol so if I go for it again Itll probably be just 5mg.

Looking forward to getting a sick back pump tomorrow and developing the upper chest even more too. I’ll be back to report how it goes later this week!

Wednesday 18/12/2024

Writing this just after midnight as the day kind of got away from me but this is my Wednesday in review.

Woke up a little too late to hit the gym in the morning so smashed out an afternoon session - initially focusing on back and chest to make up for Monday and then finishing off with some biceps and a set or two of shoulders as I was well rested and had the energy.

My weight has went up again to about 112.5kg which I am pleased about as the BF% still stays in check - looking forward to continually progressing to a lean 120kg (260lbs).

The biggest takeaway from today’s workout was probably my back movements. I’m really feeling more mind-muscle connection in the back as I get way better back pumps and I can really see how using proper form is going to get be to progress further.

I’ll be taking Thursday off to prep for an intense BJJ session on Friday (potentially with some weights too).
