    Ok, here's my blood test. Currently weigh 87.5kg have lost 1.3kg in the last 3 weeks. Am lifting heavier than normal but lost weight I'm assuming it's fat loss. Training every second day.     Thanks Chilly my bench seems to be a little high or I'm just short ass at 180cm. Il put some blocks or timber where my feet should go so I can get that stability as iv always done feet up on bench. Thanks for the advice

    Might be a silly question but when I do dumb bell flys and bench press I find it more comfortable to have my feet up on the bench than down on the floor. Is that ok or should I change my habit for any particular reason to feet on the floor.
