I should’ve mentioned that I ran a 12 week cycle of just test e on its own 9-10 years ago. I didn’t really know what I was doing, I didn’t do any bloods either. I then decided to lay off steroids until I was older. Would taking Tudca and milk thistle help with smashing my liver or not?
