Looks like you made up for it nicely. What I normally do if I have a session planned in the morning, I treat the night before like part of the workout. I try to go to bed earlier, I cut the screen time and that usually works for me :)
It's good what you did. You assessed. You adjusted. That’s how you stay in the game long term. This isn’t the end of anything… it’s just a shift in how you train. You’ve probably been carrying those disc issues for years without knowing. Sport, lifting, sitting, it all stacks up. The scan just...
Fair enough, that’s real life I guess. You’re still hitting the main thing which is protein, so you’re not as off track as you think. Maybe cutting back the junk snacks or prepping something simple when you can. Doesn’t need to be perfect.

Well it does sound like you’ve got your nutrition dialled in from years of doing it. Switching NPP to Deca makes sense too if you're planning to run it longer, I think most prefer the longer ester for that. Appreciate the insight :)
The golden era look is a good mindset too. Strong, full and sustainable!
Quick one though, how are you running the nutrition alongside that cycle? Are you just eating by feel or do you roughly keep protein and calories around a certain level to support the test/NPP setup?
