Yep adding the extra 250 now will give a small boost but don’t expect it to change much before the comp ends. After that go back to the full 500mg for your lean bulk and focus on diet and training and let the Test do its thing.

Question for you machines - I've only ever pinned once before into my right quad. Had a bit of pain next 2 days but went away.
This time when I injected on Sunday night, it hurt a lot more. And now last 2 days I've been limping. I can barely lift my leg up or twist it at all.
