Week as a whole looked solid. No big takeaways, I think it's clear that 2500 is definitely maintenance. Hopefully the recomp is still recomping. Next bodyscan check in at the end of the comp.
Weekend overall was solid. Did overeat a bit, but not to any impactful degree. No complaints here, but probably does reinforce the diet fatigue and am due for some kind of break after the comp.
Solid food day, classic decision making of a choice between lower calories or higher protein, but I decided 195g of protein was probably enough. Gotta better sleep last night as well which is definitely a plus.
I think if I'm gunna burn out this stage it's not gunna be at the gym 😅
But I'll definitely keep an eye on it, just need to make sure I take slightly more regular deloads.
