    And Friday done now too. 4 this week is pretty good. Very much have felt lower energy this week. Attribute that to the Reta, has killed any actual interest in eating as well, going to need to make sure I get my protein in on the weekend.

    Whoops almost forgot to post a couple of days. Here's Thursday, got told by the physio to add back in the treadmill even though I'm still in the boot. Wasn't super comfortable but good to have that little bit of cardio back in.

    Recovery is on track. Foot is mostly better but still in moon boot until I get the plates in my foot removed. But I'm back at the gym to a lesser capacity at least.

    Day 2. Feel like I haven't really lost too much strength outside of the legs. Stamina is cooked though but that should come back easily.
