    Week 1 (1mg), Week 2 (2mg), Week 3 (2mg), Week 4 (2.5mg), Week 5 (3mg) Week 6 (3mg). From what I've read the recommendation is to normally titrate up every 4 weeks on the same dose.     Suffering through today, I am paying the price for titrating up my Reta a little too first. Struggling to get any food in today and was miserable this morning. Still got my workout in though. Even if it wasn't as fuelled as it normally is.

    Maintaining a very nice calorie deficit. Average is still trending down which is what we want to see. The initial fatigue hit I got with Reta seems to have passed.     I wonder if the wife is getting sick of sharing WFH days and me dragging her through one of my workouts. Fatigue was hitting my a bit today but that's good, meant I was pushing hard. 💪

    Squeezed it in between all day training session. Even if I was back from lunch late. I have my priorities.

    Felt better and stronger today. Starting to bring back legs in more. Physio told me I should be good to leg press or squat in the moon boot, just keeping it light.
