    Monday's workout knocked out. Back to the old plan. Pretty happy with that tbh. I enjoyed that plan. Also knocked out a years progress comparison photo. Super happy with the progress I've made this year. And next year is going to be even better. Jan 2025. Dec 2025.

    I got my workout in today, well most of it. Progress on my squats but bailed with two exercises left cause I felt like I was gonna puke and pass out. Little bit of sugar and some fresh air fixed me up. Pretty sure I probably just tanked my blood sugar. 😅

    I'm glad I'm not the only one that struggles with with maths of all this stuff. 😅 I was trying to work out yesterday how much I want to try and buy for a short cycle.

    Reta seems to be giving so many people a lot of success. Very tempted to track down a source and see if can help me drop to 15%. The food noise as soon as life is slightly annoying when I'm trying to cut drives me insane.

    I'm really grumpy and sad about my first world problems and wasn't motivated to go the gym but I went anyway, and then I got there and didn't have my earphones so I wanted to leave, but I didn't, workout was fine, preacher hammer curls are brutal, but look, vascular. 🥲
