I did finally get back to working today at least, dragged the young fella through it as well. Had to modify a couple of things when my pull up rings immediately broke. But already sorted a replacement.

Calorie tracking is proving difficult at the moment, but trying to reign myself in.

Surgery next and roughly 6 weeks for recovery. And then some physio after that.

Guess I'll need to figure out an upper body focused workout for a little while. Ended up with a Lisfranc ligament Injury and will need surgery 😅 Yay Can anyone recommend a good customisable dumbbell set thing?

I got my workout in today, well most of it. Progress on my squats but bailed with two exercises left cause I felt like I was gonna puke and pass out. Little bit of sugar and some fresh air fixed me up. Pretty sure I probably just tanked my blood sugar. 😅

I'm glad I'm not the only one that struggles with with maths of all this stuff. 😅 I was trying to work out yesterday how much I want to try and buy for a short cycle.
