    That was close, almost forgot to post my workout. Don't worry. I don't skip without a good reason. Dropped the weight from pullups today and just did amrap. Didn't get as many as I did last set last week? Straight bad harder than the slightly angled grips on the cable machine or tired? Dunno

    Good workout today, feeling better in my squats. Added 5kg and still felt good, will probably start slowly dialing it up again keeping an eye on form.

    Everything felt really good today, felt like I wasn't going to progress bench but managed an extra rep so very happy. Definitely don't feel like I'm seeing any significant fat gains in progress photos which feels good.

    Diet break is going ok, weight is increasing, but not hugely so, feeling a lot better, test increase still going great, no noticeable sides, hopefully lots of under the hood improvements.

    Glad it's time for rest days, absolutely wrecked this week. Barely pushed through today's, couldn't even hit a 3rd weighted set of dips so the least set was unweighted to failure.

    Shoulder niggle is back again, it's weird, is pretty rough on the first working set, it's mostly ok during any warmups, but eases off for set 2 and then more so for 3.
