    Yesterdays food diary, smashed the protein, calories burned. Frustrated today though, stuck at home with a sick kid, so no gym for me. Going to try and get something done with my limited equipment at home. but its far less motivating at least, maybe I'll feel the need when the preworkout kicks in.

    well the ice cream was mostly a success. the sugar free choc chips I chucked on top sucked so I won't add them again. not 100% if all the weird flavour was from them or the protein powder, might need to experiment more, but has decent potential. But it's just blended banana and protein powder...

    I won't :P the biggest drive to do leg day is that they are the biggest muscles and therefore do the most calorie burning. Plus, it's very satisfying to lift heavy.

    The weeks tracking was interesting, solid deficiet of -3750, which would normally mean 1kg lost, but I gained almost 1kg this week. I suspect that is the testosterone at work, and I took dose 4 of that this morning. No noticbale sideeffects or anything yet, at least nothing negative, energy...
