    I remember someone saying they did as well, and it is very commonly taken for sleep, it to help with muscle pain overnight.

    Very unmotivated today, so much so that I chucked a sickie from work, slept in til 11. I'm out of my routine and I hate it, but I'm hear at the gym any way. No excuses.

    I've not actually put that much thought into it. I actually take my magnesium in the mornings with most of my supplements, but I take melatonin at night for sleep (which I absolutely swear by). I mainly found it recommended for muscle recovery.

    What do you do if you miss a gym session?

    I do a 5-day plan going on my lunch breaks, so if something comes up that I can move I'll try and go before work instead, or after if that's works. If I miss the day completely because I'm sick or something I normally just move onto the next day, though I may preferance a differant day instead...

    I mostly just make sure I supplement magnesium and get proper rest days for my muscle groups before I hit them again.
