    It's become habit now, everything just tracked, I try to be accurate enough but not **** about it. One thing I did when I was building the habit was to plan and log what I was going to eat the next day, helped me stick to it as well.

    This week was pretty good, average weight dropped nicely, decent weekly deficit. Strength felt good all week and as of this morning I'm 6 weeks through my TRT cycle. Hopefully will get pinged by the clinic this week for my 6 week blood test, and then I can bump it up for a couple of months.

    Saturday was mostly acceptable except for the entire packet of ****ing lollies someone put in front of my during a movie.

    Feeling pretty strong this week, most of my lifts went up nicely, dialed down the cardio a bit to help the best recover but overall a very good week.

    Was short on protein and had calories to spare at the end of the day so it was a great excuse to smash a whole tub of gym bod.

    Pretty happy with myself for yesterday, hit my protein target and even though I had calories left in the budget resisted going for more snacks.

    Like darkhorse said, it sucks but gotta keep focussed on what you control. I always focus on the rest when I'm sick with stuff like the flu, I figure if I don't let myself rest properly, I'll be out of the gym for even longer, and we don't want that.

    Yea, I've got straps and use them for the big heavy barbell lifts like deadlifts. Starting to need them with more of my back exercises now though, and the straps I've got are annoying for those. Been looking at things like one of these.
