    Last week sucked, made it to the gym zero times. Feel very unmotivated and fat taking a whole week off. However, Monday we lock back on, the cut starts, we reign the food in, we drop back to a cruise. I'm keen and ready, i'd love to hit 15% by the end of the year.

    Will do a proper work update at some point, but probably won't have many updates this week, had a great weekend away from the kids with the wife, only to end up with a rough cold and a sick kid come Monday. 😅 Will rest up for a couple of days at least.

    Shoulder felt pretty good today, feels like it's on the mend. Legs switched to singles on extensions and calves.

    Pullups are stalling a bit, but form still feels strong. Arms are starting to get real sore and I can feel the pump on arm days now.
