    You do have the frame and mass. Try holding onto the 2000 mark consistently for a few weeks, keep protein high and try not to cheat on the weekends. I reckon that will make a difference.

    I perosnally wouldn’t add HCG now. HCG mimics LH.. it doesn’t restart your HPTA and it’s best used during cycle or right before PCT...not in the middle of it. He’s already on Nolva, which stimulates his own LH/FSH production anyways. Adding HCG now can actually delay proper recovery if mistimed.

    Very sensible stack. The GH dose is good for geeneral well being, sleep, skin, joints etc. Very low risk and well planned out 👌

    Bloods are a must before your first cycle. Most blokes skip it and just guess then have no idea what they’ve messed up when things go sideways. At least know your baseline before you start.

    Smart call, recovery is very importatn. Try to dial fats back gradually, keep protein where it is and enjoy the phase of fueling :)

    SDelts first makes sense and the arm supersets would give you that nice pump. Only thing I’d watch is shoulder fatigue before close grip bench. If you find strength drops, swap it earlier or keep one set in reserve. Otherwise looks good (y)

    Nah mate you’re not broken. This is actually pretty common especially this soon after coming off and with deca in the cycle. Your only a week and half out and that’s usually when people feel the worst cause test is low, hormones are messy and libido does take a hit. Morning wood and ED...

    Reverse diet sounds like it did its job keeping weight stable. If you’re pushing up to 82kg just keep the surplus slow and controlled so it’s quality weight, not spillover. With more compounds in play recovery, BP and bloods become even more important, especially once EQ/NPP come in.
