    That’s spot on. If you mix 2ml of bac water into the 5000iu vial, every 0.1ml on the insulin syringe equals 250iu. Makes dosing easy and precise. Nothing wrong with asking questions either brother, it can be confusing.

    Could be the low cals. Deload helps with fatigue, but not always strength. Maybe try a pre-workout meal or supplement, could make a difference.
