Competed with NABBA through the 90’s and early 2000’s, and IFBB from early 2000’s to mid 2000’s. I retired from competition after thr IFBB Australian in 2004. I had decided to come back in 2004 and was well on the way, when I detached my left tricep tendon from the bone at work in November 2003. So the 20 year comeback will now be 21 year comeback in 2025. I won my last 4 comps in a row and decided to retire while at my best, and, a family came along. Now my youngest daughter is my training partner.
