    Having more body fat can mess with your gains regardless of which compound you take. Deca doesn't convert to estrogen as much as testosterone does but higher body fat can still increase aromatase activity which might ramp up those estrogen levels. Too much estrogen isn't what you're aiming for...

    You'll notice a difference when switching from cream to injections. Creams would have inconsistent absorption which means your levels can fluctuate more. Probably explains why you're not feeling great after the initial boost. Injections are much better provided you're doing them consistently...

    I'd say when you're feeling constantly fatigued, experiencing a decrease in strength and consistently being sore are all indicators that it's time for a deload. Also another one is if you find yourself dreading the gym or feel mentally exhausted. That's also a sign to take a break.
