Worth remembering HGH is pretty individual in how people respond. Some get a sbig bump in IGF-1 from a few IU and others need a bit more to move the needle.
Nice work on the weight loss. @trespassing_minds is on the mark there. Just wanted to add that your GGT dropping is generally a good sign cause that marker is more liver related and usually isnt affected by training like AST and ALT can be.
Only time you’d ever run anything that young is if an endo literally prescribes it for a legit medical issue. Your hormones are still firing naturally milk that for as long as you can.
That’s the classic crash from letting your levels tank too long. 250mg every 3 weeks is already on the low side, so skipping a shot like that just makes it worse. Your body’s used to that external test and when it drops off, boom..energy, mood, motivation all go downhill.
Cruise down to a TRT dose (say 125mg week), let your levels stabilise there for 6 to 8 weeks, then get bloods done. Don’t pct and crash, just make it look like you've been on TRT the whole time.

Good on you for being upfront and honest with it all. You just need to be smart on how you go moving forward, especially at the age of 23.
Just echoing what’s already been said, cutting down more before cycling will seriously help and your photos show that you've made some good progress...
