    Looking good, lean. 👌 The cable flys is always a good and gives you a nice pump. Keep pushing the abs and stay on track with your diet, they’ll be ready to show off soon. Hair is something you can try to maintain, but genetics play a big role!!

    Food is clean, maybe swap the crumpets for rice cakes, although I love crumpets as well 🤣 Great work with 70kg on the rear delts but remember to engage your core and control the movement to maximise effectiveness. What exercise are you thinking of chest?

    Sounds like you went hard on those arms :) Controlled reps is the way to go for that serious pump. Rear delt flys with 60kg... Nice! Shoulders must be feeling it. How did you end up going with chest?

    Best to keep busy I reckon. Your cardio combo is perfect for shredding away at the fat but you'll need to make sure your foods are also in check. Judging by the photos you've got that sorted (y)

    You're making steady progress, especially with those lateral raises and shoulder presses. Bumping up the weights is always a good sign things are working. Shoulders and triceps are coming along nicely. Keep pushing it and the abs will show up soon enough if you stay on track. Consistency is key :)

    I think diet is key right now. You should plan out your meals and hit your daily cals. This combined with TRT, weights and cardio should you give you some good results. Food plays a massive role.
