    Extra Virgin Olive Oil - Anyone actually care if it’s real or not?

    Yeah, I do care if it’s real. Authentic extra virgin olive oil has way better flavor and actual health benefits like antioxidants. I mostly use the good stuff for salads or after cooking, and cheaper oil for high heat. Makes a difference!

    How often does everybody get bloodwork done?

    Most people here seem to get bloodwork done every 3–6 months if they're on cycles or heavy training, and about once a year if they're natural. I follow the same more frequent checks when pushing harder, just to stay on top of things.
