What’s up people?.
I’m Khappy, and I just began my physical training about 1 month ago.
I used to be so active growing up I played sports and loved working out at the gym, but some things happened in my life with mental health and drug problem that spiralled out of control, to cut it short it’s taken 9 years for me to feel like my old self again. Iv also STOPED using any drugs for 5 years now.
The problem I have is that during that period of my life I really let myself balloon out to )118 Kilos) I’m not that very tall either. So yeah it’s bad but anyway I’m willing to put the hard work in.
I’m keen on also learning the best and affective workouts,meals,supplements and whatever else I need.
