Coach dropped my calories another 200 last week weight was plateauing at around 91kg. Now at 3250 total calories which pretty much just meant substituting honey for sugar free maple syrup 🤤
Weight now going down again. 90.6 kg this morning which is the lightest I’ve been for well over a year.
