Nice consistency, training and diet both on point. Just keep an eye on protein but does look solid most days but dips a bit on higher carb ones. Otherwise you’re ticking the right boxes.
Heap of volume. You can trim a set here and there or rotate accessory work each session which could potentially keep it under an hour without losing progress I reckon.
Hey Ak, with the daily microdosing it does tend to keep things more stable mood & energy wise, so it makes sense you’re feeling more levelled out. Dropping size could just be less water and glycogen with prop vs longer esters so I would'nt write it off as muscle loss. See how you go moving forward.
