    Being a chippy really does a number on the body. That GH + sciatica flare up is interesting... I’ve heard of that nerve inflammation happening in a few others, especially if there’s already disc pressure going on. Need to be very mindful when training.

    No worries, dialling in those macros will help get things back on track. Need to remember that body fat fluctuation is just part of the process. As long as you focus on consistency with your diet you’ll see the progress.
