    Just keep in mind the studies don’t guarantee your gut will handle each step cleanly. Best to monitor your tolerance. If you hit 1.5mg and feel good, move to 3mg. If you don’t, hold the dose longer.

    I hear you lol. Going through exactly same thing myself. I find work and life in general chews up every spare minute. Main thing is you’re still getting the gym in there. I find it depressing when I can’t.

    Try something like push/pull/legs or upper/lower cause that could help you manage recovery better and easier to track your progress. Looking at your sessions you hit a bit of everything which could limit on how much you can push each muscle group. The 2kg gain could be water from inflammation...
