Weekly average is the smart way to look at it 👍 when you’re cutting, body comp tells the real story anyways. Mirror, pics, waist, how you’re looking and feeling.
I think we all had that, the transition after a few weeks off :sneaky: always feels a bit rough till the hormones level out again. You’ll probably notice a big difference once your test stabilises and it all starts clicking again. The bloods will show exactly where you’re sitting (y)
That sauna and swim combo is underrated hey? I’ve only just started doing the same here and there and it really does loosen up the body. I'm also with you on how muscle groups sneak up with growth, it's consistency doing its thing.
Definitely doable in the right setup. Especially if your training, diet and recovery are all under control. Just worth keeping in mind that even with a small surplus, a bit of fat gain can happen alongside the muscle.
