    conditioning day 8 x 3:30 rounds on the pads 2 x 3:30 rounds light sparring...I still very much suck at this but got a couple of low kicks in so will take a small w :D Not sure how much cals burned watch strap kept pushing on my wrist making it very uncomfortable holding pads
