New low this morning, rest day today. Nothing special normal diet before we up carbs tomorrow. Time fill back out, flat as and got some DOMs to deal with in legs and back but thats good. Output still high during sessions but need this rest tbh.
Nearly there, cardio is out now, peak week plan in place from monday, we are trying a different method with salt loading so will log all of this daily with detail too.

Was up and at it very early this morning, 88.5 at wake up so new low, goal is to flatten me out for the next week and im feeling it already ut gotta trust whats being done… im hungry but mindset is king here, condition will improve doing this. Next jab tomorrow. 2 weeks on the money...
